CPAC Is Now Arts Cleveland

We are very excited to announce the launch of our new name and logo, Arts Cleveland.

You may well know that since 1997, our organization has been dedicated to elevating the influence of arts and culture in the greater Cleveland area. As I stepped into the role of President and CEO earlier this year, I saw that it was the perfect time to take a fresh look at how best to deliver on our mission and build on our successes. Alongside a new strategic plan, we evaluated our organization’s brand and logo to ensure it was in sync with who we are: a data-driven team devoted to helping arts and culture reach its fullest potential as a force for good.

A small team of arts and culture stakeholders worked with us to find that core essence. We discussed our many audiences and the desire to alleviate confusion with other organizations and partners. After careful consideration, we chose a new name and logo that captures our organization’s future direction.

I had a great conversation with Steve Litt from The Plain Dealer about what you can expect from us in the near future, which he wrote about in Sunday's paper, as well as with WKSU. As we work toward those aims in the upcoming months, we will be updating all our materials and online presence with the new logo.  We realize that changing a name and logo is a process that can involve many steps and take some time, so we will finalize it gradually.

Enjoy the new look. I'm confident that the challenging work ahead will continue to improve our region as more people embrace arts and culture assets to help solve problems and enliven the human experience.
