By now we’re beginning to reflect on the sea change that is the COVID-19 crisis, which has forced us all to swiftly adapt and change course. We would like to take this moment to stop and think strategically about how we can grow as arts organizations and artists. What do we preserve, where can we innovate, and how do we implement these changes and grow?

Join us for a conversation with Caroline Taich, board chair of The Fine Arts Association, founder of Kirtland Consulting and former consultant at McKinsey & Co. We will focus on new ways to think about growth amid the constantly changing environment during COVID-19. She will briefly discuss the three horizons framework, and then focus in on breaking down aspects of your existing programming to preserve creative integrity while innovating to meet new needs. The group will reflect on an example and work together to practice the tools presented.

This webinar is for artists, organizations and all creative workers who want new tools for thinking strategically about adapting and growing their offerings.

We are offering this webinar for free during COVID-19. Please consider a donation of any amount with registration.
